Designed for the idea of urban living, the residence exudes a bold architectural language, characterised by clean lines, geometric volumes, and a rich material palette. Designed with a modernist approach, the home integrates a mix of dark-toned cladding, wood-textured panels, and sleek black framing, creating a balanced interplay of texture and tone. Vertical timber slats on the facade introduce warmth and rhythm, while the large glazed openings ensure ample natural light and seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The landscaped boundary wall with layered greenery adds softness and privacy without compromising the visual openness of the design. Upper terraces are adorned with planters and small trees, enhancing the biophilic essence of the home. The horizontal roof planes and cantilevered elements give the structure a
dynamic profile, while the muted grey stone paving and lush green lawns provide a calm
foreground.
Architectural Expression
Designed for contemporary urban living, the residence embraces a bold modernist language defined by clean lines, geometric volumes, and a rich material palette.
